After a two-day orientation held every Monday and Tuesday (required for all new team members), you settle into your chosen shift and get to work moving product with precision and care.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring LTOs for a GMP warehouse in DeKalb, IL. These are evaluation-to-hire roles with the goal of joining the company based on performance and attendance. We’re a locally owned and operated staffing firm dedicated to connecting great people with great companies—and we never charge associates a fee.

What you’ll do

• Use powered industrial trucks to move products into and out of storage locations
• Load and unload trailers; stage, transport, and put away materials
• Operate multiple types of equipment: Turret, Stand-Up, Stand-Up Reach, and Sit-Down forklifts
• Follow standard operating procedures and prioritize safety at all times

Compensation and shift options

• A Shift - $20.30
  • Sunday–Tuesday: 5:15 AM–4:45 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:15 AM–11:15 AM
• B Shift - $20.30
  • Wednesday: 11:15 AM–5:15 PM
  • Thursday–Saturday: 5:15 AM–4:45 PM
• D Shift - $20.30 + $2.00
  • Sunday–Wednesday: 5:15 PM–3:30 AM
• E Shift – $22.80/hr
  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–1:30 AM

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with overtime available. Four shift patterns to choose from—ask us for details.

Orientation and safety

• Mandatory two-day orientation on Monday and Tuesday for all new hires
• Safety training included; attendance both days is required
• Steel-toed work boots are required to attend orientation and to begin working

• Verifiable experience safely operating high-reach lift trucks is required

You should be proficient in: Forklift Licensed
