Job Title: High Risk- Assembler - 1st Shift
Location: Marana, AZ 
Pay rate: $18.00 - $18.08/hr
Work schedule: 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
(5-10 hrs/week OT as needed; 2 Saturdays/month as required by production demand)

Overview
The High Risk - Assembler executes the assembly of medical instruments in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position involves performing basic system transactions (SAP), adhering to strict quality and compliance standards (FDA, QSR, GMP, ISO), and conducting 6S activities to drive process improvements. Supporting organization-wide goals, this role works with cross-functional teams, operates automated manufacturing equipment, and maintains safe and compliant operational standards.
Job Specifications

• Execute instrument assembly processes and perform transactions/confirmations within complex manufacturing systems (SAP).
• Maintain audit readiness and strictly follow quality system protocols, continuous improvement initiatives, and 6S activities.
• Participate in protocol/validations and provide feedback on NCR investigations, reworks, corrective actions, and safety hazards/near-misses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across shifts to meet daily production metrics, targets, and operational excellence goals.
• Maintain an internal training compliance rate of 95% or higher.
• Operate precision tools and automated manufacturing equipment safely and accurately.
• Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, sit, kneel, bend, or crouch for 4+ hours per day; push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers. Work around/under fixed machinery, lifts, and ladders, wearing required PPE.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably with automated equipment in a regulated environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement concepts and 6S protocols.
• Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
