The following coaching position is available beginning the 2026-2027 school year:

Bloomer High School Assistant Wrestling Coach

Bloomer High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Wrestling Coach to lead, develop, and mentor student athletes during the upcoming wrestling season. The successful candidate will promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth while teaching fundamental skills. The Wrestling Season begins in November.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
• Coaching and supervising student-athletes during practices and competitions.
• Promoting a positive, encouraging, and disciplined team environment.
• Collaborating with the Head Coach to ensure program consistency.
• Communicating effectively with players, parents, and the athletic department.
• Modeling and promoting the values of hard work, responsibility, and sportsmanship.
• Follow and uphold all WIAA and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to positively engage and motivate high school athletes.
• Previous coaching or experience is preferred, but not required.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to helping student-athletes succeed both on and off the court.
