Position Details
Provide shared leadership for the overall success, direction, and vision of the building to develop all
learners. Provides co-equal instructional leadership to staff including curriculum planning, review, and
implementation, as well as professional development. Shares full responsibility for fostering school
culture, managing building operations, executing personnel evaluations, and ensuring the safety and
welfare of both students and staff.
