The Westby Area School District is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of High School Counselor for the district. This position requires a dynamic, student-centered professional who is interested in working with students in a caring and supportive environment. Desire to be a team player, dedication to leading students to excellence, compassion for students, and desire to build a high quality learning environment is needed. Knowledge of college admissions procedures, SEL standards and programming, academic and career planning process, ACT & AP testing, post-secondary scholarship writing and experience working with Skyward Student Data System is a plus. The selected candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong understanding of technology.
