High School English Teacher

Prepare plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of differences in learning styles. Present subject matter according to guidelines established by the Texas Education Agency, board policies, and administrative regulations.

Requirements for Teaching Position

To be considered for a teaching position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
2. Valid Texas Teaching certificate, with required endorsements for the subject/level assigned.
3. Knowledge of the subjects assigned.
4. General knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
