Ansley-Litchfield Cooperative is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Head Football Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. The Ansley-Litchfield Coop is well established, with a proud tradition of competitive success, strong community support, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Overview: Lead and oversee all aspects of the high school football program Develop off-season, summer, and in-season training programs Foster positive relationships with student-athletes, families, staff, and community members Promote sportsmanship and academic success Collaborate with administration to strengthen the overall football program

Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, strategy, and program development • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Commitment to building a positive, competitive culture

Additional Information Salary: Based on experience. ($4,150-$5,810) As of now, no teaching positions are available to go along with the position. Possibility of a para-educator position.
