The Waterloo School District is accepting applications for a High School Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants should possess the skills to work successfully with the athletic department and other head coaches in the Waterloo athletic programs. We are seeking a program builder who can develop an entire coaching staff, possess practice organization, and game coaching skills. Our next head basketball coach must be willing to work with the youth program during the school year and in the summer. Finally, we are looking for a coach who will instill in participants an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, oversee the program as a whole and work successfully with students, staff administrators, parents and the community.
