The successful candidate will be able to:

• Be interested in developing and expanding our robotics and engineering STEM options at the high school in addition to teaching math elective courses. • Plan and implement curriculum in conjunction with the Science department designed to be personalized, engaging, and focused on developing skills and real-world applications. • Be open to exploring dual-enrollment and interdisciplinary courses and approaches to teaching and learning. • Utilize school and district resources such as instructional/pedagogical coaching to create engaging, future-focused lessons, units, and assessments. • Commit to ongoing professional learning and develop and adjust curriculum on an ongoing basis to meet students needs and interests. • Stay current on best and burgeoning pedagogical and curricular practices. • Commit to our districts Vision Map that centers on reimagining learning, pursuit of passion, and building a culture of wellness in a future-focused system in an effort to develop "What School Can Be." • Plan collaboratively with colleagues and be open to sharing and learning with and from others. • Create a personalized learning environment for students that meets individual needs and challenges students to reach their full potential. • Have the ability to self-evaluate, be reflective, and problem solve.
