The Augusta Area School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE high school Math teacher at its High School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. Candidate should demonstrate a strong knowledge of best practices, a willingness to be flexible and collaborate with colleagues in a Professional Learning Community, and engage in professional growth opportunities to increase student achievement. The selected candidate should have the skills to teach algebra I and II, geometry, and Pre-Calculus. The District implements the CPM curriculum so preference will be given to those with experience teaching it.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly collaborative department and teaching staff. The Augusta Area School Area District has embedded 80 minutes of the daily schedule each Wednesday for staff to engage with one another in their Professional Learning Communities.
