The Gillett School District is seeking a dedicated and student-focused High School Mathematics Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. The successful candidate will teach sections of Algebra and Geometry, supporting students as they build foundational math skills and develop critical thinking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach high school-level math courses, including Algebra and Geometry.
Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons that promote deep understanding and student success.
Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor progress and adjust instruction based on student needs.
Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that supports all learners.
Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development, cross-curricular planning, and data-informed instruction.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to foster a strong home-school connection.
Contribute to the school community through professional learning and involvement in school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible to hold a valid Wisconsin DPI license in Mathematics (#1400).
Experience teaching Algebra and Geometry preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
A commitment to equity, student engagement, and continuous improvement.
