Description

The Wonewoc-Union Center School District is seeking an energetic, innovative and effective candidate to teach High School Math. This full-time position will begin employment with the start of the 2026-2027 school year. The district enjoys excellent community support, outstanding facilities, exceptional technology and high-quality professional development for all staff.

Certification: Must hold or be eligible for a WI Teaching License.

LICENSE: Licensed to teach High School Math/ Ability to teach AP Courses desired.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Expertise in best math instructional practices, assessment, and integration of technology
  • Collect and analyze data to improve instruction
  • Be able to differentiate instruction and use data to inform instruction,
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of best practice assessment methods
  • Have knowledge of RTI, and PBIS
  • Deliver high-quality instruction. * Use feedback to continuously improve as an educator.
  • Develop positive, student-centered relationships with all learners.
  • Provide students with support in and outside of class.
  • Contribute to a positive school culture and climate.
  • Create engaging classroom environments that challenge all learners.
  • Develop rigorous and relevant learning experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students.
  • Possess effective classroom management techniques.

Coaching and extra-curricular opportunities may be available.
