The Independence School District is seeking candidates for a High School/Middle School Mathematics Teacher Position for the 2026-27 school year. We are seeking a dynamic educator who will come with researched based strategies to help increase our math achievement for the students we serve. We are seeking a candidate who would thrive in a professional learning community that uses student results to inform instruction. We are seeking a candidate who would find success working in diverse small school district community. Bilingual skills are preferred.

All applicants must meet the following requirements.

  1. Must be Wisconsin DPI certified with a teaching degree.

  2. Ability to work well with students of varying abilities and diverse populations within

small group and individual settings.

  1. Ability to differentiate instruction.

  2. Ability to manage numerous classes at different grade levels.

  3. Must possess strong technical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We further support our PLC process with Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Response to Intervention (RtI).
