    Essential Duties MHS Assessment Coordination

    1. Organize, facilitate and coordinate the high school Assessment Team.

    2. Organize logistics for school testing protocols, including distribution, security/test monitoring, and analysis of results.

    3. Organize, analyze, interpret, and report test results to teachers, parents, and students.

    4. Arrange and implement training for administrators, students, parents, teachers, proctors and support staff on testing parameters and expectations.

    5. Coordinate the federal, state, district, and school-based assessment and progress monitoring program.

    6. Coordinate and deliver professional development training for school staff and other stakeholders on testing, progress monitoring, reporting, and testing platforms.

    7. Create and manage a school-wide assessment calendar.

    8. Coordinate with Special Education Coordinators to ensure accommodations are in place for students with IEPs taking other required state and district assessments.

    9. Coordinate with technicians to set up testing requirements for any online assessments.

    10. Facilitate any required assessment training; handling of testing materials; scheduling of testing locations; and purchasing of testing incentives.

    11. Coordinate with technicians to set up testing requirements for any online assessments.

    12. Summarize and submit complete and accurate reports as required by local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

    13. Work with administration to assign or delegate specific assessment duties.

    MHS Data Analysis, Reporting, and MLSS

    1. Leads the academic and student services teams to implement an effective universal and tiered systems of support within the district MLSS Framework.

    2. Assist staff in analyzing test data to use as evidence of student progress and to monitor the School Improvement Plan.

    3. Create data reports in a cycle designed by the Administration.

    4. Recommends and supports appropriate interventions for students with the assistance of the student service team as needed and monitors student progress in multiple ways.

    5. Along with other colleagues--e.g. school psychologists, teachers, administrators--uses evaluation data (quantitative and qualitative) at the student and school level for progress monitoring.

    6. Work with teams to review data and inform programs and practice using an equity lens.

    7. Work with administration to identify professional development needs associated with assessment, data analysis, and MLSS systems.

    General Duties
