School Musical Director Location: Worthington, Minnesota

Position Overview The Musical Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the musical, including rehearsals and performances.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct rehearsals for school musical.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to student performers.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong musical background and experience in directing.
• Knowledge of vocal and instrumental techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and community members.

Job Details

• Schedule: After school, evenings, and some weekends.
