The Edgerton High School (EHS) science position entails working with students and supporting them as they navigate EHS. The desired candidate should possess a commitment to collaboration and reflection within a school community and be dedicated to continuous improvement, possess an ability to adjust instruction based on formative assessment data, the ability to reflect on practice, be someone who creates a positive, stimulating environment that is conducive to learning, have the ability to make reasonable independent judgment and decisions, work productively in a team and also be a self-starter. The ideal candidate will also be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree in Science Education (2600)
Preferred, not required: Biology
Knowledge in the practice of Target (Standards) Based Grading
Numerous coaching and club advising positions
Passion for engaging students in Science
