High School Spanish Classroom Supervisor/Associate

Job Goal: The Spanish Classroom Associate supports student learning and classroom management in a blended learning environment when the lead teacher is not physically present. This role ensures that students remain engaged, on-task, and supported while working through digital and independent Spanish language activities.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Supervise students in the Spanish classroom during periods when the teacher is not present.
• Ensure students are logged into appropriate learning platforms and following assigned lessons.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment.
• Provide basic guidance on assignments, instructions, and technology use (without direct instruction of new content unless directed).
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to online learning tools.
• Communicate student progress, concerns, or behavioral issues to the lead teacher.
• Reinforce classroom expectations, routines, and school policies.
• Assist with transitions, attendance tracking, and general classroom organization.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
