Major/Essential Functions
- Assist senior trades staff with routine maintenance, repairs, and installations in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general facilities work.
- Perform basic task including measuring, cutting, lifting, carrying materials, and preparing work areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools under supervision, following all safety guidelines.
- Help troubleshoot equipment issues and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
- Document work performed and report issues or hazards to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.

Visa Information
