Key Responsibilities for Back of House (BOH) Team Members (16+ years):

• Assist with food preparation: Help prepare tasty menu items following Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness: Maintain a sanitary and organized workspace.
• Support team efficiency: Help during busy times to keep food preparation timely.
• Follow food safety guidelines: Ensure all operations meet safety and sanitation rules.
