Requirements

• Must be available for 1st shift (training & working shift determined by production supervisor)
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and/or production environment
• Must be available to work daily and weekly overtime to include weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various machining equipment to produce components for assembly
• Retrieve product components from storage bins or locations and place on production table
• Assemble product components according to specification using power and hand tools
• Use quality processes and checks to ensure product functionality and adherence to specification
• Operate packaging equipment to place finished good on product card or in packaging
• Maintain production log, recording hour-by-hour production rates for self and others
• Promote 5S within the respective cell or area, cleaning equipment as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed to be successful in the role

Critical Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required for permanent placement
• Previous work experience in a machining or assembly environment is preferred
• Must have a high level of hand and arm dexterity to assemble small components at rate
• Must possess prolonged stamina due to the frequency and duration of operation and assembly
• Ability to stand for duration of required shift, to include overtime on a daily or weekly basis
• Ability to have a high level of attention to detail for extended periods of time
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. and move in a full-range of motion
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work daily or weekly overtime, and alternate shifts as needed (required to be available for either first or second shift)

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12:00am
Mandatory OT based on production needs
