About The Role

We help people transform their health, confidence, and identity—and we're looking for a proven High Ticket Sales Closer who knows how to build trust, create certainty, and turn opportunities into sales.

You'll receive a list of leads to work, but this is not a role where you simply wait for sales calls to come to you. You'll be expected to proactively call leads, follow up consistently, hunt for opportunities, and generate sales.

You'll also have the opportunity to generate your own leads and earn a higher commission on the business you bring in.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work from a provided list of leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects
• Take sales calls with qualified prospects
• Generate your own leads and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build trust and uncover client goals and challenges
• Present Identity Evolution programs with confidence and conviction
• Maintain a 30%+ close rate
• Handle objections and help prospects make confident buying decisions
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Track activity, follow-ups, and sales performance
• Represent the brand professionally in every interaction
• Participate in team events and company culture initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience closing high-ticket offers
• Proven ability to consistently close at 30%+ or better
• Consistent sales results you can demonstrate
• Comfortable proactively calling leads and hunting for sales opportunities
• Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to pursue leads consistently
• Strong objection-handling and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
• Available for evenings, weekends, and early-morning calls when needed
• Physically fit and aligned with a health-focused lifestyle
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Self-motivated and capable of operating without constant supervision
• Alignment with faith-based values is strongly preferred
