High Voltage and Substation Project Director

Position Summary B.H. Inc. is searching for a full‑time High Voltage and Substation Project Director to oversee High Voltage and Substation projects, primarily in the western United States. This senior management role offers a yearly salary of $140,000 to $175,000, with salary highly negotiable based on experience. In addition to competitive pay, the position includes weekly pay, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, a 401k plan with match, vehicle pay, and liberal paid time off.Qualifications Extensive experience leading teams in high voltage and substation projects.Five or more years of experience in high voltage and substation.Proven leadership and customer service skills.Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.A degree in construction management or related discipline (other qualifications may be considered).Company Overview B.H.
