Role Overview
The High-Volume Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing technical talent. This role focuses heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate outreach, and stakeholder alignment. Recruiters in this role work under established processes and guidelines, partnering closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters to drive high-quality pipelines in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
