High-Volume Sourcing Recruiter II

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite) or Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Role Overview

The High-Volume Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing technical talent. This role focuses heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate outreach, and stakeholder alignment. Recruiters in this role work under established processes and guidelines, partnering closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters to drive high-quality pipelines in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles.
  • Conduct structured intake with hiring teams to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategies.
  • Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple hiring managers and business groups.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity including outreach, cold calling, and initial candidate conversations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate status, feedback, and next steps to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Partner with lead recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on search strategy and candidate profiles.
  • Participate in a collaborative team environment while also managing independent sourcing workflows.
  • Share learnings and best practices with peers to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • If no high-volume technical experience, 6+ years total recruiting experience is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, metrics-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for SDE or highly technical roles.
  • An AA or BA degree.
  • Strong technical sourcing skills, including Boolean search.

There is frequent communication with candidates and hiring managers to clarify needs and drive progress.
