About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven High Volume Staffing Recruiter to support the recruiting and placement of warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, and general labor employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is passionate about connecting candidates with employment opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing large volumes of hourly workers while maintaining exceptional customer service for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, distribution, production, and general labor positions.
  • Manage high-volume hiring campaigns to meet client staffing demands.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events.
  • Conduct phone interviews, in-person interviews, and onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and employment verification.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting and placement goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding staffing needs, fill rates, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
  • Assist with employee retention efforts through regular follow-up and engagement.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple openings and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software.

Preferred

  • Experience staffing warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or light industrial roles.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Experience conducting hiring events and job fairs.
