Developed in partnership with the local authority, our TMP has been created to meet the growing need for specialist provision within a mainstream setting. As part of this team, you will help shape a nurturing, structured and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive both academically and socially.

  • Is confident in leading targeted interventions and supporting personalised learning
  • Builds positive relationships and promotes independence, confidence and self-esteem
  • Is proactive, adaptable and committed to improving outcomes for pupils with SEND
  • Values teamwork and collaboration across the wider school community

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in accessing the curriculum through tailored strategies and targeted support
  • Work in close partnership with class teachers to ensure pupils achieve their full potential
  • Deliver structured interventions for individuals and small groups
  • Promote independence, engagement and social inclusion
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to the TMP lead and teaching staff
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the TMP and inclusive practice across the school

About Us

At New Park Primary Academy, our ethos of "Nurturing, Growing, Thriving" underpins everything we do. We are proud to be an inclusive school with a strong community focus, where every child is valued and supported to succeed.

The creation of our TMP reflects our ongoing commitment to meeting the diverse needs of our pupils and providing high-quality SEND provision within our local area. We are passionate about ensuring that every child feels a sense of belonging and is equipped to achieve their best, both in and beyond the classroom.

  • Collaborative working - join a supportive and experienced team committed to inclusion
  • Professional growth - access high-quality training and development opportunities
  • Inclusive culture - work in a school where every child is celebrated and every role is valued
