Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator familiar with guide rail or fence installation for various projects in the state of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a variety of construction equipment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating construction equipment.
- Demonstrated experience operating truck-mounted drills and post drivers, skid steers, and mini excavators.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
Schedule Regular hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMNight shift work and weekend on occasion, as required by project needs.Shift Requirements: This position may require night shift work. The night shift work is project specific and can be assigned periodically.Compensation:
- Minimum Pay Rate is $23.00 per hour
- Maximum Pay Rate is $28.00 per hour

Additional Requirements:
- All candidates must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana.

- All candidates must possess a Valid Driver's License.
- All candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
- This position may require night shift work and/or weekend work.
