The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to join our maintenance team based in Meeteetse, Wyoming. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain and improve the state's highways, playing a vital part in keeping Wyoming's transportation system safe and reliable. This position offers more than a career-it's a chance to contribute to your community while living in an area that provides endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation.

Meeteetse means "meeting place" in Shoshone. It offers a unique blend of small-town charm, rich history, and exceptional outdoor recreation. Meeteetse is an authentic historic town founded during the mining era, and is literally where Butch Cassidy signed a petition for a new bridge in 1886. The surrounding area provides year-round opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts, including snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ATV riding, hiking, and camping. Fishing for cutthroat trout in the Greybull river makes for wonderful weekends as well.

In addition to a rewarding career serving the public, Wyoming is one of only nine states with no state income tax, offering an attractive lifestyle and financial benefits for employees and their families.
