We are seeking a Hilton Brand Standards Expert who can help maintain and elevate the service experience across our partnered hotels and event operations.

About the Role
This is a consulting role designed for hospitality professionals who understand the Hilton brand inside and out. You will serve as an internal advisor and trainer helping teams meet brand compliance benchmarks while delivering warm and polished service.

Responsibilities
• Conduct brand standards audits for hotel and event operations
• Evaluate guest experience service flow cleanliness and visual presentation
• Coach team members on Hilton service culture and property expectations
• Lead short training sessions on brand protocols and guest relations
• Prepare post audit reports and recommend corrective action plans

Qualifications
• Direct experience working with or managing Hilton properties required
• Strong knowledge of Hilton Quality Assurance or brand audit processes
• Professional communication style and calm confident leadership
• Proven success training and motivating staff to achieve measurable improvement

Compensation and Benefits
• Contract rate from 60 to 100 per hour depending on expertise
• Mileage reimbursement for site visits
