HIM Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Schedule: Mon-Fri
- Oversee daily HIM operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI)
- Supervise and support HIM staff, including workflow oversight, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to documentation, privacy, and health information accuracy
HIM Manager Qualifications:
- HIM Manager must have RHIT certification
- 3â5+ years HIM experience in a hospital setting (ROI, records, compliance exposure)
- Prior lead or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows
