We are engaging Hindi Transcription Experts to contribute to a high-impact project for an innovative customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Transcribe audio samples with precision, capturing both Hindi and English content accurately and consistently.
2. Review and edit transcriptions to ensure the highest quality and linguistic accuracy, correcting errors and inconsistencies as necessary.
3. Annotate audio files by adding relevant metadata and contextual notes that support AI training requirements.
4. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify transcription guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications.
5. Submit completed transcription assignments in alignment with established project milestones and quality benchmarks.
6. Provide actionable feedback on tools, workflow processes, and linguistic challenges encountered during transcription tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native-level fluency in Hindi, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written forms.
2. Demonstrated professional experience in high-accuracy Audio Transcription, particularly with complex or varied content.
3. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality language data.
4. Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarifying ambiguities and documenting insights effectively.
6. Adeptness at balancing multiple assignments and adapting to changing project requirements.
7. Experience with AI training, data annotation, or linguistic resource development is advantageous.
