We are seeking an enthusiastic Hip Hop Dance Instructor to lead high-energy classes in our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance, a motivating personality, and experience in creating engaging and effective workouts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive class environment.
Requirements
Physical Demands
- Current AFAA or ACE Primary Group Ex certification and/or related specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, CPT…)
- Must be able to successfully demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Must be able to actively participate in classes
- Must be in excellent physical condition to teach classes
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Must have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Required competencies, education, and experience
- Current certification in indoor cycling instruction
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior experience teaching group exercise classes is highly desired
- Superior customer service skills
- Must have excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations
- Proficient computer skills
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Park in team member designated areas
- Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
- Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings
- Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor
- Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor
- Promptly respond to work-related correspondence
- Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
- Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac's Five * Star principles
