This is a fieldoffice position.Essential Functions includeBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns Social Media prospecting tradeshow events and referrals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM and other reporting sources documenting sales activity detailed client interactions and more.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision makers.Follow a defined sales process while also remaining adaptable to the needs of the company and clients.Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique recruitment needs.Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a superior client experience in forms of marketing resources the transition from sales to customer success and ongoing support.Conduct compelling product demonstrations through web conferencingin-person and effectively articulate how our Job Board can solve clients hiring challenges and improve their talent acquisition strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape.Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond promptly addressing inquiries concerns and requests to maintain strong client satisfaction.Job Qualifications includeBachelors degree preferred3 years of sales experience required in a commission based structure preferably in the job board or recruitment industry.Talent AcquisitionRecruitment experience a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders and decision makers.Excellent presentation written verbal and phone skills with the ability to tailor messages to address clients needs diagnose pain points and prescribe the best solutions to achieve client success.Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations along with strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience collaborating with sales teams regarding new strategy development and findingtesting innovative solutions to improve sales.Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
