Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us.
- Open 20-bed ICU
- Doing procedures is not required, but optional
- Patient volume cap is 18-22
- Coverage for one hospital
- Position is base pay, not RVU
- Mandatory Critical Care Consult
- There is a Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Stroke Team, and 24/7 Intensivist support
- Patient ages 18 & up
- Schedule includes day shift only - 182 shifts per year (7 on/7 off), extra shifts available
