Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations. Qualifications: Professional, compassionate and empathetic personality High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred (3+ years preferred) Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
