What You’ll Do as a Caregiver
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and safe home organization
  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and encourage adequate hydration
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Give medication reminders according to care plans
  • Support client independence, safety, and dignity in the home
Qualifications
  • Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred 
    • No credential? We’ll pay for your training and help you become a certified Caregiver
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and assist with transfers as needed
  • Must pass a written competency exam, drug screening, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable, honest, and compassionate; strong desire to help others
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
