Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting daily living activities as a professional Caregiver
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Medication reminders and mobility assistance
- Delivering compassionate, client-centered in-home care
Caregiver Requirements
To succeed in this Caregiver role, candidates should meet the following:
- HCA or CNA certification preferred (paid training available for new Caregivers)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency exam, background check, and drug screening
- Reliable, caring, and motivated to grow in a Caregiver career
- Strong communication and time management skills
