Hiring Caregivers – No Experience Required | $18–$23/hr

We're looking for reliable, compassionate people who want to make a difference in the lives of others.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Pay: $18–$23/hour

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience of personal caregiving for family members or friends.

• Location: Orange County

• Schedule: Flexible

• Payday: Every Friday via direct deposit

• Care: One-on-one in-home care

• Shifts: Based on available client needs and your availability

WHAT YOU NEED

• HCA number required

• Don't have an HCA yet? You must be willing to obtain one

• Willingness to complete Live Scan/background screening

• Reliable and dependable

• Compassionate and patient

• Comfortable providing personal care

• Able to communicate with clients and the CareWorks team

• Willing to work available shifts that fit your schedule

HCA & LIVE SCAN COSTS

• HCA: approximately $35

• Live Scan: approximately $70–$90

• Exact Live Scan cost depends on the location/provider

• Eligible HCA and Live Scan fees are reimbursable after 30 hours of completed shifts with CareWorks

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Incontinence care

• Mobility assistance

• Transfers

• Fall prevention

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Laundry

• Medication reminders

• Companionship

• Client engagement

• Grocery shopping

• Approved errands

• Transportation/accompaniment to approved appointments
