Position Details

• Location: Beachwood, OH
  
  
• Shift(s): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 
  
  
• Hours: 2-4 Shifts/Week
  
  
• Pay: $14/hr WEEKLY

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
  
  
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  
  
• Empty and reline trash and recycling bins
  
  
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)
  
  
• Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas
  
  
• Clean and remove trash from exterior of building
  
  
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
  
  
• Follow checklists and take photos 
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Working Smartphone with internet access
• Able to work weekends
• Must be punctual and dependable
