Almost Family, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hiring Coordinator to join our team in Bend, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. You will coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and support our team in attracting top talent to grow our organization. This is a full time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews
- Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback
- Assist in prescreening applicants and organizing candidate documentation
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to recruitment activities
- Onboard/ conduct orientation for new hires
Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruiting role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
