Hiring Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is a team based role and pay will be determined by level of experience, paid biweekly.Compensation & Benefits:• Hourly wage TBD based on experience paid every two weeks• Health Benefits (Medical, Vision, and Dental)• Progressive Paid Time Off PlanResponsibilities:• Create and manage hiring postings• File and organize important documents • Manage various onboarding duties • Schedule and conduct interviews• Conduct orientations for new staff• Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries • Other administrative duties as assignedRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• 1+ years of experience with Recruiting/hiring• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a teamEEOC StatementThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
