Engineer – Construction II

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration:2 Years 6 Months
Target Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities for multiple simultaneous wireless network infrastructure projects.
• Oversee projects from initial proposal/bid through final delivery, including financial and schedule management.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams through meetings and regular project updates.
• Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Support wireless cell site construction activities using project management and collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or 3+ years of experience in Macro Cell Site Build.
• Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably supporting Macro New Site Build or modification projects.
• Strong project management, planning, scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and post-construction closeout packages.
• Familiarity with wireless construction standards and cell site deployment practices.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecom project management tools and workflows.
• Familiarity with Samsung RAN equipment.
• Knowledge of RF, Transport, Wireless Construction, HUB, CRAN, DRAN, and 5G Networks.
• Understanding of Power, Space, and Cooling concepts.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent relevant experience.
