Job Title: Entertainment Coordinator

Job Summary

The Contractor, Metadata Coordinator will provide support for the research, procurement, creation, quality control, and distribution of metadata and artwork files in multiple languages for delivery to new media licensees. This role is focused on executing high-volume operational workflows, supporting concurrent projects, and meeting strict delivery deadlines.

The Contractor will maintain title and delivery trackers, gather and proofread required information from internal and external sources, update records in internal systems, and support the export and delivery of metadata and artwork assets to clients in accordance with contractual requirements and platform specifications.


Responsibilities

  • Research, validate, and prepare metadata for Film and TV titles.
  • Aggregate information from multiple sources, standardize data for ingest into internal systems and proprietary metadata tools, and proofread exports for delivery in XLS, CSV, XML, or other client-required formats.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source territory-specific information such as ratings, release dates, and title translations.
  • Support multilingual text translation workflows and track assignments to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and quality control of English and localized product data in online content management systems.
  • Research, compile, and organize large volumes of digital deliverables, including artwork files, in advance of client delivery deadlines.
  • Partner with Sales Administration, Account Management, Master Data, and Materials Servicing teams to support high-volume digital asset deliveries and help resolve packaging and delivery issues.
  • Maintain databases, schedules, task trackers, and status reports, and provide metadata and artwork fulfillment support across teams as needed.
  • Document workflow status clearly, communicate blockers promptly, and escalate issues when required to protect delivery timelines.
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media operations, preferably in post-production, digital distribution, materials or metadata servicing, content operations, or project coordination.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and other data-handling functions; experience with macros is a plus.

  • Strong English business writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and raise questions proactively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and remain organized under tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management and task-tracking skills, with the ability to monitor multiple due dates and communicate progress clearly.
  • Ability to resolve immediate operational issues while maintaining focus on longer-term deliverables.
  • Professional communication skills and sound judgment when working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
