• LPN's
• Home Health Clinician Case Manager's (RN's)
• Physical Therapist
• Physical Therapist Assistant

BayCare is looking for full-time positions. Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM available for Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee and Sarasota Counties only.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements will vary and will be reviewed with a BayCare Recruiter.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License
• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

Home Health RN:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

Physical Therapist:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PT (Physical Therapist) License
• Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
