What We Offer

• Annual earnings: $54,000-$65,000+ (2nd/3rd shift with profit sharing)
• Day‑one benefits: medical, dental, vision, life
• 401(k): 3% automatic company contribution + up to 2% match
• Quarterly profit sharing: recent annual payouts of $6,000-$10,000
• Paid time off: 11 paid holidays + vacation

• Overtime: time and a half after 40 hours; double time after 48

Shifts & Training

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM All employees begin orientation on day shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

What You'll Do

Operate machinery, move steel materials, assist with setups, inspect product quality, package shipments, maintain a safe work area, report issues, and support team production.

What We're Looking For

Reliable work history, strong work ethic, safety‑focused mindset, willingness to learn, basic math skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift 35 lbs, and availability for assigned shift + overtime.

Pay

$21.00-$24.50/hr, based on experience

• $2.00/hr premium for 3rd shift
