ð¯ What to Expect:
This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process.
â Meet directly with our hiring team in person â Participate in an onsite interview during your scheduled time â Learn more about GetixHealth/ARStrat and our onsite work environment â Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process
â What We’re Looking For:
â Strong communication and customer service skills â Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred â Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment â Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills â Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn â Ability to work onsite in Sugar Land, TX
ð° Compensation:
Medical Collections Specialist: $16.00 per hour + Eligible for up to a $3,500 monthly bonus based on performance.
Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
