Unarmed Security Officer Responsibilities: Aid customers, employees and visitors in a professional manner. Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot, bicycle or vehicle. Safeguard client property and assets. Valid level guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying. Reporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing. Remain flexible to ever changing environments; adapt well to different situations. Must be Able to: Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat. Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Climb stairs, ramps, occasionally during shift. Stand, bike, or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
