What You'll Do

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.

As a Bus Driver, you'll:

  • Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
  • Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
  • Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
  • Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
  • Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
  • Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with preschool-aged children.
  • CDA Preferred
  • Valid Drivers License
  • A passion for inspiring young learners.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.

Hourly rate: $15.50- $20.50 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.

    GRADES 1 THRU 5:
