Sr. Maintenance Mechanic - Central

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of relevant experience

Plumber, Licensed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience
• Certification in relevant field- Valid Journeyman or Maintenance Plumbing License
• The individual must possess valid motor vehicle operators license as issued by the State

Electrician, Licensed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Journeymens license or Master Electrician

HVAC Mechanic, Licensed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HVAC trade school.
• The individual must possess a valid Journeyman or Maintenance Mechanical license in HVAC.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• The individual must possess valid motor vehicle operators license as issued by the State

Maintenance Lead

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience required

Maintenance Lead - HVAC

• High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Maintenance Mechanic

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
