    $1980 Total weekly gross - $55/hour($21/hour W-2 taxable , $34/hour non taxable stipend) 

    Outpatient surgery center: 4 ORs, growing to 6.  Proficient with Tubes, (BMTs), T&As and easy fractures.  ENT, Ortho, Eyes, General, GYN, Podiatry.  2 years exp. required,
