Schedule: 1st shift is Monday - Friday 6AM to 2PM

POSITION SUMMARY:
Requires transporting of pallets to a staging area for pallet put-a-way, transporting straight to pick (S2P) pallets to the MOD, moving cardboard bales, empty totes and trash dumpsters to appropriate locations. Includes placing pallets of totes, overflow pallets, Replenishment pallets, Chase pallets and other things up to the MOD gates.

GENERAL PURPOSE:
To move pallet of merchandise from receiving dock to staging areas. To move chase pallets, totes or replenishment up to the stocking gates in the MOD. These roles involve replenishing pick locations by operating powered equipment to move and stock bulk merchandise cases. Responsibilities
•Replenish pick locations with bulk merchandise using powered equipment
•Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other PIT equipment as needed
•Read and interpret replenishment instructions, item locations, and quantities
•Move, stack, and organize cases to maintain efficient product flow
•Perform preliminary safety inspections on equipment before use
•Ensure replenishment accuracy and proper product placement
•Maintain clean and organized work areas
•Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear and safe
•Participate in training for additional warehouse duties

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Ability to operate powered equipment (replenishment or bulk case experience preferred)
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
•Ability to stand for extended periods of time
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Ability to read, write, and count accurately
•Basic computer skills
•Willingness to become certified on required equipment (certification provided in house)
•0–1 years of warehouse or replenishment experience preferred
•Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
•Good written and verbal communication skills;ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
•Train on both Stand Up Forklift, Reach Truck and or Double Pallet Rider as required by position.
•Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
•WMS and Aptia knowledge

COMPETENCIES:
•Retrieve pallets from receiving staging area, using the proper material handling equipment and transport to put-a-way staging area.
•Place and retrieve pallets from the stocking staging gates in the MOD.
•Frequent overtime offered, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily schedule.
•Perform any other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
•Housekeeping as required to include dumping trash bins, taking cardboard bales and loading them into trailers and putting loose cardboard into the trailers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•Physical demands: This position has a lifting requirement of over 100 lbs for 0% to 33% of the time. Other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping 0% to 33% of the time and walking/standing/climbing 0% to 33% of the time.
•Work environment: Warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors.
•Never step on or jump over a conveyor line. Never place hands in rollers and/or conveyor. If an issue occurs with a roller or conveyor line, pull the emergency stop cord and contact your supervisor and/or facility services.
